If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the product(s) ordered via our website within fourteen(14) calendar days following the date of delivery. The product(s) must be sent in their original conditions and packaging to ensure it will be adequately protected in transit. Please enclose the original receipt with your return. The product(s) should be returned new, not used and with all company's tags still attached. Products that are damaged or altered will not be accepted for return and may be sent back to you. The shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.
We offer two options to return your product(s):
1)drop-off option. You can drop off your product(s) at the authorized courier location. No charges for this option.
2)pick-up option. Courier will pick-up your product(s) at the address of your choice. No charges for this option.
